Policies & Guidelines

At Flawless Skin Medical Spa, we’re committed to providing an exceptional experience from the moment you book your appointment. To ensure smooth scheduling, timely service, and fairness to all our guests, we kindly ask that you review and follow the policies below.

Appointments

To make your visit seamless, we recommend completing your intake forms ahead of time. After booking, you’ll receive an email from Flawless Skin Med Spa with a link to all required paperwork.

Please complete your forms before your appointment.
If you’re unable to do so, we ask that you arrive 10 minutes early to fill out the paperwork in person.

Payments

To reserve your appointment, a valid credit card is required at the time of booking.

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Cash

  • MasterCard

  • Visa

  • Discover

Payment is due in full on the day of your service.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We kindly require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations. A $50 deposit is needed to secure your appointment and is subject to the following terms:

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in the loss of your $50 deposit.

  • If you arrive for your appointment but choose not to receive a service, your deposit will be forfeited.

  • No-shows will be charged an additional $50 fee (on top of the lost deposit), billed to the card on file.

To cancel or reschedule properly, please call or text us at (917) 737-2535 or leave a voicemail. Messages sent via social media or email may not be received in time.

Late Arrivals

We understand that unexpected delays happen. However, arriving more than 15 minutes late may affect your scheduled treatment time or result in a cancellation.

If you’re more than 15 minutes late:

  • Your appointment may be cancelled to avoid delays for other clients.

  • A $75 late cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file.

  • You will also forfeit your $75 deposit.

Please plan ahead for possible delays due to traffic or parking.

Children in the Clinic

For safety and to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests, we kindly ask that children under 13 are not brought into the clinic.

Refund Policy

All purchases are final and non-refundable for cash or credit.

If you’ve purchased a treatment or package and haven’t used it, you may request to exchange it for another service—subject to management approval.

Agreement to Policies

By booking an appointment at Flawless Skin Medical Spa, you acknowledge that you’ve read and agree to the above policies regarding cancellations, late arrivals, payments, and refunds.
